Hi!

I'm Karina, a Puerto Rican illustrator and designer. Rooted in my Puerto Rican heritage, I imitate nature by infusing rhythm, color, and rich textures into my work, creating vibrant imagery that celebrates life and the natural world.

Beyond my role as an illustrator, I also design, curate, and promote my line of wholesale stationery. To date, I've successfully positioned over 100 stationery items in esteemed establishments such as shopSCAD, as well as local fairs and markets.

Currently pursuing a B.F.A. in Illustration with a concentration in Surface Design and a minor in Concept Art at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), I've garnered recognition through multiple honors and awards. My diverse skill set spans screenprinting, print/pattern design, fine arts, digital media, graphic design, children's media, and publications.

On a personal note, my current passion revolves around crafting repeat patterns and designs, beading, puzzle-making, and laying on the grass! I'm always enthusiastic about collaboration and eager to gain insights from fellow creatives, so please feel free to reach out and connect.
